This hotel has an excellent mid-century modern design! The room was well-appointed and comfortable. I found the library to be a nice area with comfortable seating. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. I especially appreciated Jose at the front desk assisting with our subway routes.

The front desk staff demonstrated high professionalism, addressing requests promptly and with attention to detail, thus I found them very attentive to guest needs. The housekeeping staff maintained perfect standards. Their genuine care elevated my overall experience.

the location was superb i could easily reach many attractions the cafe offered good coffee i liked the seating areas in the lobby they were comfortable and spacious the staff was helpful especially with directions
the room was a bit smaller than i anticipated the shower was a tub that felt somewhat narrow there was no restaurant inside i needed to go outside for food

The hotel is close to the subway. Access to the city is very easy. The hotel features a refillable water system, this is a cool feature. The location is in the heart of the neighborhood, within a short walk of major attractions.
I found the housekeeping was early one morning.
